Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.

After 48 hours ...

• 60% refund if canceled 30+ days before arrival
• 25% refund if canceled 14–29 days before arrival
• no refund within 14 days
• +  a $150 cancellation fee.

The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are not refundable.
