Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure. There will also be a $150 cancellation fee.



After 48 hours, if you ....

• Cancel more than 14 days before your trip begins: 50% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 50%)
• Cancel 14 or fewer days before your trip begins: 0% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 100%)

The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are not refundable. The insurance and other taxes are.

Note: If you still owe some toward the booking total at the time of cancellation, you’ll need to pay the remainder.
